What private label means here
Private label is your brand on our 1121 Basmati. You supply (or we develop) the bag artwork, ingredient declarations, nutrition panel, and SKU codes. We supply the rice, packaging, printing, sealing, palletizing, and export documentation. Most 1121 retail SKUs in the GCC and UK ride this model.
Minimum order
Standard private-label MOQ is 5 x 20' FCL (~130 MT) per SKU. The bag printing minimum drives this: 15,000 BOPP laminated bags at 10 kg = 150 MT. Smaller pilot runs are possible on non-woven (5,000 bag minimum) or by sharing a print plate across multiple SKUs.
Artwork and approval
Standard process:
- Buyer supplies print-ready artwork (PDF, CMYK, 300 DPI, with bleeds and die line).
- Pre-press proof (digital + hard copy) returned within 5 working days.
- Buyer approval signed off in writing.
- Print plates manufactured (1 week).
- Printing run on bag stock (1-2 weeks).
- Bagging and palletizing (3-5 days).
Most buyers need 2 print revisions before sign-off. Build that into your lead time.

Lead time
Artwork-to-shipment lead time runs 4-6 weeks for first run (artwork approval, plate manufacture, print, bag, load). Repeat orders on the same artwork compress to 2-3 weeks. Plan SKU launches with this in mind, especially around Ramadan and Eid demand peaks.
