Materials
PP woven (polypropylene) is the standard for 25 and 50 kg. Cost-efficient, durable for ocean transit. BOPP-laminated PP woven adds full-color print quality for branded retail. Non-woven (PET-based) is used for premium 5 and 10 kg retail packs where shelf appearance matters.
Container loading
20' FCL standard loadings: 500-540 bags at 50 kg (~25-27 MT). 1,000-1,080 bags at 25 kg. 5 and 10 kg counts vary by carton configuration. 1121 ships only in 20' FCL. 40' containers are not used due to floor-load and stowage constraints.
Private label minimums
- BOPP laminated bags: 15,000 bags minimum order
- Non-woven bags: 5,000 bags minimum
- Standup pouches: 20,000 minimum
- Minimum custom-print bag size: 5 kg

Inner liner policy
Inner poly liner is standard on 5 and 10 kg retail packs (moisture barrier for shelf life). On 25 and 50 kg woven bags, inner liner is optional and quoted separately ($3-$5/MT). Standard practice is to specify liner on shipments crossing humid latitudes (West Africa, Southeast Asia, GCC summer arrivals).
